Even when the orders contain fresh, frozen and cooled meat, poultry, milk and eggs items. Their customer service will deliberately waste time asking you about the order numerous times, etc. when they the complete details of the address where the order was dumped outside, and the date of the deplorable dumping. Be careful if you make the order through Amazon site because they foolishly put all responsibilities on Amazon when the order’s items were chosen from Morrisons’ site and payment was excuted for them. I have all evidence to support my claim which Rami Baitiéh, Chief Executive Officer, whom I requested his customer service staff to make him aware, distanced and evaded to look into the procedures he wrote to his staff.
